6. Before shipping the product, please take a video of the unboxing process to verify that the product being returned is the same as the one received.
7. We will only accept returns of products with the same serial number as the one originally shipped.
8. Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process the refund within 3-5 business days.
