At Yajath Services, we are committed to providing you with the best possible shipping services based on the highest industry standards. Our aim is to ensure that your orders are delivered accurately, in good condition, and on time. Please read through our shipping policy below for more information.

Shipping Services
We offer Free Standard Delivery on all orders, which ensures delivery within 3-8 days for most of the pincodes across India. To find out the fastest possible delivery to your location, please use our pincode service available on every product page. We strive to dispatch the majority of our orders within 24 hours of the order confirmation. However, please note that some products may take up to 72 hours for dispatch due to market conditions, peak demand, low stock, and other dynamic situations beyond our control.

For prepaid orders, we also offer Same Day Delivery option at select locations. This option can be opted during checkout (Checkout > Shipping). Currently, same day delivery is available in Bangalore (rural & urban) free or at a nominal fee depending on pincode.

Shipping Locations
We ship to all postal codes in India, including over 23,000 cities across India. Most orders are prioritized to be sent via SHIP ROCKET for a reliable delivery. Postal codes not covered by any logistic partners might be shipped through Speed Post (India Post). Rest assured, we give top priority for safe and on-time deliveries of your order across 27,000+ PIN codes in India.

Order Processing
We ship on all weekdays (Monday to Sunday), including public holidays. Majority of our orders are shipped within 24 hours of the order confirmation. Orders confirmed after 3:00 PM on a working day are shipped the next day. Please note that some products may take up to 72 hours for dispatch due to market conditions, peak demand, low stock, and other dynamic situations beyond our control. Same Day Delivery orders are shipped the same day with a cut-off time of 3:00 PM on a working day.

Multiple Products in an Order
While we shall endeavor to ship all products in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability. If you have ordered multiple components for a PC, and you would want us to assemble before shipping, please expect delays in shipping of your order accordingly.

Tracking and Delivery
We will update the tracking number against your order in your account. You can check the same by logging on to your account. We will also notify you via email and/or WhatsApp. Based on experience, leading logistic partners in India have an estimated delivery time of 3-8 days for most shipments. However, COVID-19 situation or other local regional factors might impact some delivery timelines. We appreciate your cooperation in understanding the same.

Delivery to Hostels/PG/Cantonment/Enclosed Premises
Our courier personnel are experienced at making deliveries to Hostels/PG/Cantonment/Enclosed Premises. However, please provide us with the following information during order placement:

  1. Hostel/Building name
  2. Full address and Landmark
  3. Telephone number of the recipient
  4. The name of the recipient
  5. Room/Cubicle/Floor number of the recipient
  6. The recipient needs to either come to the gate of the premises to collect the delivery or send someone on his/her behalf after coordinating with the delivery person. The order can be handed over to the security person or left at the reception, and the order will be assumed as executed.
